Bought the Delsey Belfort clips. got asked if another colour was okay because they did not have grey anymore, where i had no issues with. then got completly different clips as i ordered and was told they were better but they do not fit very well. even wen tightened i can move them around so i cannot close my suitcase anymore.

I tried to find the part I wanted in the UK to avoid any complications in shipping/customs/etc due to Brexit. But I could not find it anywhere in the UK, so I ordered the part from LePetitRoyaume. The service was very good - the part was shipped promptly, and there were no problems with shipment due to Brexit. The only slight problem was that the LaPoste tracking system never worked, so I had no way of knowing where the shipment was, or even if it was on the way. But it arrived without any problem
